Q. What do you mean by (4 over 1) or (4 over 4)?
A. 4 over 1 refers to Full color in front and
Black/white in back.
4 over 4 refers to Full Color in front and back.
Q. What is your way of shipment?
A. UPS Ground (3 to 7 days)
Q. What is the print turn-around?
A. All cards are printed on Tuesdays 10AM and
ready on Friday or Monday the latest.
Q. Is there a discount on quantity orders?
A. Yes, there is.
Q. What is the quality?
A. We use 14pt glossy paper and apply a UV high
gloss coat for full color sides.
Q. Do you keep my file on record?
A. Yes, we do.
Q. Do you have next day shipment?
A. Yes, we do.
Q.What if I do not like the 1st proof, Will there
be another charge for another design?
A. If you do not like the first one, we will
design a second one at no charge.
Q. Will I be able to approve a proof before they
are printed?
A. We will upload the final product to our site
and you can check to see if you approve before we
start the printing process.
Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. Check, Money Order, Visa, Master card.
Q. Is the total due in full before you design the
card?
A. 100% Deposit is required before we start the
project.
Q. Do you accept MAC or PC files?
A. Both.
Q. Can you print a card that I have designed?
A. Yes, we can.

What file formats do you accept?
A. You can send your digital file as a JPEG ,
TIFF, EPS, PDF and QuarkXPress. (Add all the
fonts)
* All files should be converted to CMYK and 300
DPI.
Q. What is bleed?
It's when you take an image or background over the
crop marks of a document, so that when it's
trimmed after being printed, the colour or image
goes right to the edge. If you don't have bleed,
then you run the risk of tiny slivers of white
paper showing along your edges - as the printer
might crop a 1/16" out. Usually 1/8" bleed is
sufficient.
Q. How can I send my digital artwork?
A You can upload it to server (Upload
Page) or You can send us a zip disk, CD or You
can e-mail us the file as an attachment.
